Unique among travel CPAPs, the Transcend 3 is compatible with any CPAP mask and any CPAP hose with a standard 22mm connection. This provides you with the option of using the mask you want and avoid the hassle of trying to adjust to a new mask that may not fit as well.
Unplug and Sleep Anywhere with More Power Options
The Transcend 3 has more power options than any other CPAP on the market. The device comes with a AC (wall) power adapter for when you’re at home, at your cabin, or at a hotel. The Transcend PowerAway™ P8 portable battery is an ideal option for camping, flights, or travels to remote locations off-the-grid. The battery option doubles as a backup power source during power outages.
Adjustable Ramp Technology and EZEX Pressure Relief
The Transcend 3 features ramp technology to help you fall asleep more comfortably by delivering a lower pressure when you first turn on the device and go to bed. It then gradually increases pressure over time until you reach your desired level. Plus, it’s adjustable, so you can fine-tune your ramp times or turn off the ramp feature altogether to ensure you’re getting the restful sleep you deserve. The Transcend 3 is also designed with EZEX Pressure Relief feature to help you breathe easier and more comfortably while you sleep by reducing pressure on exhalation.
Stay Dry, All the Time
The Transcend 3’s convenient drying mode removes excess moisture from your mask and tubing. When you wake up in the morning, simply activate the 30-minute drying cycle to start a steady stream of air moving through the hose and mask. The drying mode will help with having a dry mask waiting for you when it’s time to go to bed.
Compliance Data at Your Fingertips
The Transcend 3’s data management system stores your compliance data internally, so you can view or download a detailed report with Transcend’s easy-to-use desktop software.

I’ve had a unit for well over 3 years and am so thrilled with it that I bought an additional unit. I originally got one to make travel easier and it certainly does. It fits easily in my carry-on (a small backpack) along with a lot of other stuff. I usually don’t take it out to get through TSA. Also it makes hotel stays easier not having to carry around a big cpap.
We’re snowbirds and I got the new unit to leave on our boat in FL. Our boat isn’t very big so the small size is perfect.
I’ve called customer service a few times and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

I recently returned from a once in a lifetime fly-in fishing trip in Northern Alberta. Due to the length of the flight, we were severely restricted with the weight of our gear. I am a frequent business traveler and the owner of a miniCPAP Transcend® CPAP machine. The Transcend CPAP machine is well worth the money. It is easy to pack (small and light – the CPAP, hose, mask, power supply, and battery all fit easily in the carrying case) and is comparable in terms of quiet (extremely so) to my more expensive CPAP. Recently while traveling in Europe, I had a number of overnight side trips. Due to the portability of the Transcend CPAP, I was able to only carry a backpack on each of these three overnight side trips. Packing this light would not have been possible with any other CPAP machine.
